Great ambiance. Nice location. This area needs a cute place like this... Ideal place to hangout with friends and spend a lot of time without noticing the time pass by. When you are surrounded by plants and trees with good international cuisine, one can't really complain. What I found interesting is their billing style. You order and pay at the counter and then the food gets served to the table. PRO TIP: Use EASYDINER for 10% off (idk if this will be valid when u read this)
Now about the food: Great menu with good restraint. I actually long for joints with a limited menu rather than a gazillion choices.
Food was awesome. I had the mushroom soup which sung with the truffle oil flavour. The dumplings seemed to be made from frozen ones I think... Which was a bit of a let down. I also had the Polo Pizza which was also good, great crust but could have used a bit of freshness (maybe basil?)
The amber tea and pink lagoon mocktails were refreshing.
Overall awesome place with aesthetic ambience. The menu is nice. The food can be a bit more refined. Prices are nominal for this...
Read moreI think this is a one of its kind open air seated restaurant in this area. Within a 4-5km radius i guess. Very tastefully and minimally decorated. The ambient lighting is just perfect. Given the open air seating, there are a few mosquitoes that can bother you but they have these large fans and if you’re seated closer to one of them, you’d be fine. There is also a nursery adjacent to the restaurant in this place - so very green area and hence the mosquitoes. Coming to the food - brilliant! The sticky mango rice is something that id been searching around and they’ve nailed it! The kids loved the fries as well. Simple, fresh and crispy. Actually everything we had was fresh, flavourful and tasty. The pasta and the peri peri chicken sandwich were also great. We tried the mango white chocolate filled doighnut in the end which was ok. Probably a 3/5. Everything else was a 5/5 Do visit with your loved one (s) and you will have a nice time. Oh, and the music was amazing too.. they were playing a lot of floyd and it added a soothing touch to the already...
Read moreEDIT: Feb 2023: It's high time they stop allowing cats inside the food court. Like seriously. The management has to stop being lousy. My original review was 9 months ago and even then cats were roaming around.
The place has a good vibe, perfect for a summer evening. Although it has great potential, the maintenance of this place is neglected. This place has three food counters, and the outlet 'house of pizza' was really excellent. They're not your usual pizzas - they use good quality cheese and toppings which are not available easily here.
However, the food court has a lot of cats and is really a menace. I witnessed a cat grabbing a piece of food from someone's hand when they kept their hands under the table. This is unacceptable.
The benches look fancy but are quite uncomfortable.
Would gladly give 5 stars if these points are...
