Need a detailed review for this I guess. They have converted a house as a cafe. So obviously you feel like sitting in a house (even though the decor is good). I see reviews appreciating the decor. Obviously these seems to be biased. Hand Wash area should be separate from toilet, at least have a partition. Limited amount of seating with good tables. You might have a seating arrangement in which the chairs might be taller than than the table from which you eat food. Mosquitoes, enough said. Friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Went for family dinner based in the reviews on Google. A big mistake. If you see a group of 6 or more, immediately get out and find a better place. Ordered French Fries, Cheese Garlic Bread, Orange Mojitos, Ginger Tea, Pizza, Mac & Cheese, Sandwich, Omelette, and Panner dish with rice. Too much I guess for the kitchen to handle. Took 30 mins for the French Fries, another 20 mins for Garlic Bread, another 20 mins for Pizza, Tea, and Mac & Cheese. Food was good. Nothing exceptional. Asked to pack the Omelette, Slice of the sandwich, and Panner dish with rice. Paid the bill. Took another 20 mins to get a status. Was told Panner dish with rice will take another 10 mins. Cancelled it and got a cash refund for the dish (good they did it). Came home and opened the parcel and found that sandwich was not part of the parcel.
Typically families come to these restaurant's for experience, and spend some good time together. Some restaurants deliver good food, and miss out on the experience. Others deliver worst food, and provide a great experience. KiteBlu is half baked, and amateurish. No coordination between the person taking the order, manager, and the kitchen. If you want to satisfy a bigger crowd, then let the smaller crowd know that they need to find another place or their order would be delayed. One of the family members unfortunately went without having a main course, and that's unacceptable in any restaurant.
I really wanted to give a better rating, but once we discovered that they can't even parcel stuff which was taken back into the kitchen 20 mins ago, I had to give a bad rating. More than two hours to serve 3 starters, and 3 main course, and still miss serving 1 each of a starter and a main course, and still miss a part of the takeaway is really bad. Others might have had a better experience, but I will not recommend this cafe...

Read moreI wanted to take a moment to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to Kiteblu cafe.
The ambience was pleasant and created a nice atmosphere for dining. However, I found the food experience to be somewhat average and the service lacking in several areas which I believe could be improved.
Here are a few points I would like to highlight: Water Service: Upon seating, we were not served water until I specifically requested it. Cleanliness Issues: The baby chair provided for our use was not clean, covered in dust and hairs. It was disappointing to see that it was handed to us without any attention to cleanliness. Serving Sequence: The main courses were served before the starters, which disrupted the flow of the meal. Dinner Plates: The fried rice was served in a bowl without dinner plates, which is an unconventional serving style and not very practical. Takeaway for Hot Chocolate: When I requested to pack an unfinished hot chocolate, I was informed that there were no suitable takeaway cups for hot beverages. Bill Request: Lastly, we were not prompted for the bill and had to ask for it; this could be an area to enhance the service process further.
Overall, while the ambience and food quality had their merits, the service fell short of expectations, which impacted our overall dining experience. I would suggest ensuring that the service staff is trained on proper dining etiquette and sequence for better customer...
