Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

the person in the counter used my situation and steal my money... i ordered 2 classic cappuccino and i had it yesterday at another branch and i thought bit was too cheap... and same i thought here and he said double times the price... i dont want to ruin our gold time so i just paid... and he didnt gave me any bill or something he just said to pay to his paytm number....

He first asked me to pay in cash even thou the previous customer was paying thru card in front of mee.... and i dont have any cash at the time but i see the paytm accepted bar code so i asked is paytm accepted and he said kinda ok... but he didnt let me to scan the actual one which is placed on the counter.... and he gave me his number before leaving and ask me to pay thru it....

he was so rude and his voice ughhhh....

i cant do anything and i paid off.., at the time i know whats happening but i cant do anything... sad and poor feedback ever i gave and literally fed up with CCD....💔 please look after to keep your business and im never gonna come back to the same...

I am jake ... i came from London. This evening casually i went to this cafe with my friend. And we prefered to order one filter coffee and one milk shake. First we order filter coffee its priced 110 rs... he asked me strong or light i said strong .then we ordered milk shake while we order staff said its on buy one get one free so we choosen that one it cost 139 rs. Then he asked with cream or without , we said with cream. Finally he charged 442 rs. We didnt say anything we just paid and the staff was not ready to give receipt. After when our order delivered i asked him to explain the bill. He said for strong coffee 20 rs extra ...for god sake its ok. And to add cream with milk shake 59 rs extra still the explained amount is not close enough with the amount i paid. Finally i asked for head office number he said he will go through the bill once again , i said ok. After few minutes he called me and refund 180 rs. What the hell is happening in...

Usually people find it as pricey. But the food is too good. I had to edit my review because whenever I come to this particular branch of CCD Sembakkam, there will be some issues going on.

I had a meeting to attend, I thought I'll stop by here and attend the meeting. But then the wifi was down and I couldn't do that. This happened a couple of times. I guess this branch always has wifi issues.

Sometimes it is just one barrister available and he was forced to take care of a lot of things and end up taking a lot of time to get the order. I just ordered a drink and waited for more than 40 min. But all was vain, the barrister was rushing and ended up breaking the glass while he was coming to give me my drink. That...
