Copper Kitchen delivers an outstanding culinary experience, blending bold flavors with impeccable service. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of tasting several dishes that truly showcased the restaurant’s excellence. The Chicken 65 Biryani was a flavorful explosion — tender, spicy chicken pieces paired perfectly with aromatic rice. The layers of masala and the balance of heat made every bite incredibly satisfying.
Equally impressive was the Chicken Dum Biryani. The slow-cooked preparation infused the rice with rich flavors, and the chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender. It’s clear that Copper Kitchen takes pride in maintaining authentic biryani traditions while elevating them to a premium level.
The Mutton Soup was another highlight — rich, hearty, and packed with depth. The spices were warming but not overpowering, and the meat was cooked just right. It was the perfect start to the meal.
Moving to the Mexican Shawarma, I was pleasantly surprised by the creative twist. The filling had just the right amount of spice and seasoning, and the wrap was soft and fresh. It added a nice global touch to the otherwise Indian-heavy menu.
The Iffah Dejai, a dish I hadn’t tried before, turned out to be a hidden gem — juicy, well-marinated chicken grilled to perfection, with a unique blend of flavors that made it stand out.
To finish, the Kunafe was simply divine. The crisp pastry contrasted beautifully with the gooey, cheesy center, and the syrup added just the right amount of sweetness without overwhelming the dish.
Overall, Copper Kitchen offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and dishes that are both comforting and creative. It’s a must-visit for anyone who appreciates quality food and diverse flavors. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreI’m not sure how this restaurant was rated 4.6 — it was one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to.
The grill platter was recommended by the waiter. He mentioned it would take 10 minutes, but it arrived after 35 minutes. The platter contained spoiled squid and fish — it was the worst platter I’ve ever had.
Then I ordered a wrap with a parotta base, but they served me a different wrap. When I checked with the waiter, he admitted it was a mistake and told me to just eat it. He didn’t offer a replacement and insisted I eat the wrong dish. I refused and asked him to take it back since it wasn’t what I ordered. When I asked for the correct wrap, he said it would take another 30 minutes.
Almost every dish we tried to order had a 30-minute wait time.
The noodles were the worst I’ve ever had — even a roadside shop would serve better fried noodles. They were extremely dry and lacked any seasoning.
The atmosphere was also poor. Every 20–25 minutes, someone would order a sizzler, and the smoke from it wasn’t properly ventilated. The restaurant lacks an adequate exhaust system, and the smoke becomes very irritating.
The entire restaurant is open, and it doesn’t feel like a proper restaurant — it feels more like a roadside market.
Pros: None.
Cons:
If you want to eat spoiled food, this is the perfect place. Try that platter.
If you want to suffer in sizzler smoke, this is your spot.
If there’s a power cut and you want to spend 2–4 hours in an AC restaurant, this is a place you can go — as long as you don’t mind the sizzler smoke...
Read moreI recently dined at Copper Kitchen, and the experience left me with mixed feelings. While the food was above average, the overall service was far from satisfactory. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the menu offered a decent variety of dishes that were well-prepared and flavorful. The highlight of the evening was definitely the food, which managed to slightly redeem the otherwise disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and unorganized. We had to wait far too long to be seated despite having a reservation, and the servers seemed inattentive and rushed throughout the meal. Getting basic requests like water refills or condiments took multiple reminders, and the timing between courses was erratic.
What stood out most—negatively—was the manager’s behavior. When we voiced our concerns about the delays and confusion, the manager seemed completely clueless and uninterested. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they brushed it off with vague excuses and offered no real solution or apology. It was disappointing to see a lack of leadership, especially when the front-of-house clearly needed direction.
Overall, Copper Kitchen has potential, thanks to its capable kitchen staff and good food, but the experience is greatly diminished by poor service and ineffective management. Until these issues are addressed, it’s hard to recommend it for anything beyond a casual visit—if you’re patient and have low expectations...
