Karivaradharaja Perumal Temple — Attraction in North Zone

Karivaradharaja Perumal Temple in Peelamedu, Coimbatore is run by PSG trust. The temple is said to be 300 years old. The connecting road is narrow but there's a moderate amount of parking space which can easily fit 15 cars.

The main deity is Karivaradharaja Perumal and Thaayaar's name is Sri Perundevi. The management is bit strict with discipline and decorum inside temple premises. The temple is maintained very clean. Speaking in mobile phones is not allowed. Men wearing lungis and shorts won't be allowed.

There are sculptures depicting the Dasavatharams. In the ceiling, there's a beautiful painting of Dasavathara Perumal.

There are sanctums of 12 Alwars, Sri Ramanujar, Chakkarathaazhwar, Sri Andal, Dhanvanthiri, Vishwaksenar and Anjaneyar. They regularly provide prasadhams.

There's a small wedding hall with dining area too. This temple feels like a very divine and calm place amidst the busy and...

God is powerful , but the temple management and that short lady is very worst. They didn't even allow to sit in the temple for 1min even when there is no crowd . If someone nearby is talking phone u should send them only out. Your forcing people who were sitting and praying also to get out of the temple...

You shouldn't force someone to get out of the temple who is sitting and praying ..... That is not even temple closing time.....That short lady with short hair is very very worst..... U can't send the devotees out of temple who just came for peace....

Already we are in stress and coming to temple to get relief. Bt these behaviour is giving depression. God is watching all these.... I have studied my entire schooling in PSG institutions only ..... The the PSG management has become very very worst in appointing people for this...

One of the popular and Spacious temple in Peelamedu. This temple is maintained by PSG trust. Temple is very well maintained. Art works inside temple is really nice. Plenty of parking space available for both two wheelers and four wheelers.

Reason for my one star review is because of the Poosari’s who works in this temple. Poosari staffs are really very rude even with 3 year old kid. They are expecting only money if you give them 100 Rs they I’ll treat very nicely. In case if you give 10 or 20 Rs they I’ll behave like for this 20 Rs only you came.

I really hate these people. PSG trust should appoint kind and decent staffs who treat the devotee’s with dignity and respect.

Overall had a nice time spending time...
