Strong Complaint – Unacceptable Behavior by Staff at Pazhamudhir Nilayam

I am extremely disappointed with the rude and arrogant behavior I experienced at Pazhamudhir Nilayam. The individual acting as both supplier and cashier was outright disrespectful and lacked even the most basic sense of customer service.

When I asked a simple question—whether I could open the ice cream box to pick one—the response I received was shocking and insulting. She replied with a snide comment, saying "You can’t afford it." Such a statement is not only deeply offensive but completely inappropriate, especially in a professional setting.

No customer should be spoken to in this manner. It reflects very poorly on the store's values and the kind of staff it chooses to represent its brand. I expect the management to take immediate action and ensure this kind of behavior is not repeated with any customer.
