Excellent ambience and fantabulous varieties of food. the place is always meant for family crowd, couples, school/college/friends gettogether. You can always enjoy the time spent here, ambience and the taste of the food makes the visit memorable. you can feel a unique sense of artistic work in the shop also on the food you order. A simple get away snack to a cuisine meal you will get it right there. I get mouth watering when I think of the "CNF" special pizza and Red Pasta are personally my favorite. One biggest thing I personally liked here is food served here are completely hygienic and they never compromise on quality by taking chance. Even during pandemic restaurant were completely sanitized and staffs were educated I guess, since I could felt they were completely hygienic by wearing face mask all the times and they were more cautious by checking temperature, giving hand wash, encouraging people to wear mask all the time when customers enter shop for eatery. Overall 5 star rating will not be enough to provide the rating since they do wonders in food and service. Visited the other branch of cheese and freeze near V.V Mart around 6PM on 16th Apr with family consisting an infant. We ordered pizza and sandwich. The pizza base was charred to black, so we returned it. Soon after the sandwich was delivered in same state. The waiter refused to take it back, later he did upon insisting. But made us wait for more than 30 mins with just 2 other customers & all their orders served. When inquired we understood pizza was yet to be prepared. We chose to cancel the order. However we were given half cooked sandwich as take away as it was prepared.

The ambience was bad n too dark, AC not effective. Had to carry the sweaty 8m baby outside for ventilation while waited. The waiter was rude as well. Overall a worst experience! May be with swiggy and other players around to help run the business these Petit outlets are choosing to ignore...
