Ck's Bakery - Madipakkam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very worst. Ordered 3 sandwiches. They asked and made us to wait for half and hour . Thought they will call us but they were delivering to swiggy person !

Are we customers fool to you ? Though Huge no of orders, neglecting a customer and delivering to others was very worst and i never visited there again . When asked about the order after half and hour they said they dint note the order items itself and asked again to tell. I said no need and came back ! Giving worst priority to customers visit there and first priority to swiggy delivery...

I ordered for a Red Velvet cake 1/2 kg through Swiggy for my kids birthday but I received a stale cake. I raised a issue in Swiggy but Swiggy mentioned it will get back to me in 24 hrs. So I just called the shop and checked why the cake was like that. He was rude and didn't respond properly. He said cake is good and you can eat. I didn't even want to take that risk being my kids bday. The shop person whom I contacted was rude in responding also. This is 2nd time happening for me in CK bakery. Never ever in my life I am going to order...

A regular customer for CK 's Bakery ..I'm senior citizen aged 72 years on my birthday my daughter surprised me with 2 lovable flavoured cakes . On my special day the CK's team 👏👏 did a great job even a prompt delivery during rainy time which is very appreciable . I thank the owner for his great job to engage the team for their excellent customer service 🙏 will always recommend them and cakes were fresh and flavoured well .
