Faasos Madipakkam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Dear all, Dont order from this unprofessional restaurant especially at night after 10:30pm.. I have many worst experiences..

Instance 1- Today (the day I am typing), I ordered an Cheesy baked veggie pizza wrap at around 11:10pm. In their zomato page, it shows the contents of the roll as - Bell Peppers, Corn, Olives and Jalapenos.. I paid 197 (after some discount).. The delivery with Zomato was 30-35 min. I received after 50 minutes at 12 mid night.. When I ate, I found nothing inside except cheese.. Not even single piece of anything mentioned above, not even a single piece of atleast an onion.. NOTHING.. I was thinking to take my bike, travel to their shop and throw it on their face.. But my mom refused it, otherwise I would have done it..

Instance 2- Ordered egg roll after arriving from Airport at night and received a completely burnt food inside.. I ordered via swiggy and reported it.. BUT they said its a standard cooking procedure.. I could not eat it and had to throw it in dust bin..

Instance 3- Ordered Chole chatpate roll and it arrived almost uncooked.. Again, even after reported, nothing happened.. Had to dispose..

There are many just instance with this restaurant.. This should be reported with FSSAI.. I will do it.. The worst part is, all this happened at late night after 11pm.. And after received spoiled food, I had to arrange an alternative food everytime and eat around 12:30!!

Please all, Avoid this trash restaurant at all...

Ordered through swiggy. Chappati wrapping dry hard paneer with absolutely no other sauces cheese/mayo Or veggies being sold for 250+ inr as wrap.. an absolute criminal waste of money for a pathetic wrap. Faasos used to be good, but the one thing they sell,, they no longer know how to make to care. Will never order...

The worst thing that you could ever do in swiggy is order from these people..they really rolled me some leftovers collected from nearby restaurants and called...
