Delish - The Dessert Studio — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The place looks pretty, I'll give you that but, it has very limited seating. They have a variety of options out of which I tried a few:

1. Tres Leches Tub - Loved the thick cream on top, a good buy I'd say
2. Basque Cheesecake - I've definitely had better. It was a lil firm, maybe if they refrigirated it at the right temparature, it would've tasted good cuz of the creaminess. 3)Hazelnut Tres Leches - I honestly have no clue why it's called Tres Leches. It tasted more like a toffee cake with a bit of sticky texture, didn't have a lot of hazelnut flavour in it either.

Maybe, different choice of items would've made my experience a bit...

I ordered a latte and pain au chocolat and let me say I’ve never been more disappointed.

The pain au chocolat was heated and served and I could clearly tell it was stale. It tasted off and the crust was very dry.

When the waiter was notified immediately after the first bite, he kept insisting it was freshly baked. Why would a customer lie if food tastes stale !

No one wants to be served stale food especially when you are paying 247 rs for a pain au chocolate with the hope to enjoy some good pastry!

In addition their latte was just watered down milk with a dash of coffee.

I hope you can do a quality check of the food...

Great place for quality gelato and desserts! I really enjoyed the mango, double chocolate, and vanilla gelato. Pastries were also fresh and delicious.

A few things to improve:

Only 4 flavors: gelato—adding more variety would be great.

Gelato consistency needs work; sometimes it's overly sweet, and the vanilla can be a bit watery.

The dustbin is too small and poorly placed near the other end . A larger, more accessible bin with a wider opening would help.

Staff could be more welcoming and attentive—it would enhance the overall experience.
