The Food Truck — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We ordered their signature dishes The food truck fried chicken and Momos Big bun veg after so much hype from a friend. In the menu it is mentioned that momos is topped with cheese cheddar but we received it with white pasta sauce and tandoori mayo drizzled on it. No cheese was topped as mentioned in the menu. The cost of each is Rs 180/- which is too expensive for the food they provided. Paying this much for just 2 pieces of fried momos ,a burger bun and white sauce is daylight robbery in the name of signature dish. Fried chicken was bland and more of crispy layer coated batter fried in oil containing very less chicken pieces which didn't taste like a chicken. The place has only few chairs and a cat was roaming around us while eating. Even that cat did not have their chicken when fed it. If someone who is believing white sauce is cheese go ahead and have it. I’m a foodie and I cook a lot. After seeing lots and lots of reviews from YouTube I went for a try. When I went there, I saw two boys standing there and I thought cook has not yet arrived. But to my surprise they were actually preparing these foods. With a lot of hesitation I have ordered Non Veg nachos. And this is how it looked🙄. Not appetising at all. God knows whether they know cooking at all. 🤷‍♂️ I don’t want to waste my money further! So cancelled my other orders! If they keep serving this type of food in the future cooked by random guys without even passion in cooking ( I actually don’t blame them because they are working under someone who allowed them to cook 🤦🏻‍♂️ ) then I don’t know how long they will survive. If the owner is reading this review better rectify the problem or appoint someone who knows Italian cooking! Please! It was Such a disappointment!

6:30 PM is the ideal time you should reach the place but they'll take order only after sometimes (for me, it's 7). If they've seen your face earlier, they'll take your order first. You'll receive your order after 20 mins (maybe more if you're long in line). One plate of fried chicken is enough for one & tastes good (Rs.185). More than that will make you feel bad because of their cheese over it. Do not ask for cheese on French fries, it completely destroy the flavour & texture of fries. Burger with cheese over it, we didn't try it. Mint lemon in small paper cup is ok (Rs.60). No place for hand wash, only tissues are provided but we can buy water bottle from them.
