Domino's Pizza | Ashok Nagar, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Hi read this message before placing in domino’s mainly in this branch, i have placed many odered but this is my worst experience i have ever had, i ordered pizza at 7.50 Pm and got message receive oder by 8.20 Pm so i waited as long upto 8.40 then i contacted the branch they told it will be delivered within 10 mins but not. SWIGGY also responded carelessly. I tried calling domino’s continuously for 18 times no response. At least they want to update the status that is also not done. At 10.10 Pm we called again the person picked the call not answered on his own, he was trying to say what he was guided to tell on the back, he told me i have not picked the call so they din deliver it. It is the funniest one. In SWIGGY address will be there, usually they will ring the bell and contact us, i have not received any phone calls, they simply telling us not picked up the phone. I almost wait for 2-1/2 hrs for the this without knowing any idea. It was my worst experience. I won’t oder anymore. Very careless answers and careless customers service. #Worst...

Went to Domino's Ashok Nagar store today late afternoon. There were 3 staff on duty and not even one was willing to come and take order from us. We waited for 10mins and no sign of them even turning their heads towards us. They were so occupied only preparing pizzas for the home delivery guys to deliver. When asked, if they will take order after waiting for 10 solid minutes, one male staff in a bad tone said that it would take some time to take order. Have never seen such a NEGLIGENT, IRRESPONSIBLE and RECKLESS behavior from any restaurant before. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this attitude continues with the staff, DOMINO'S -ASHOK NAGAR your days are numbered. You may have to shut down soon. When you can't serve a hungry customer with food, no idea why they are running an outlet. They probably can have a banner telling "They serve only online customers". "0" is my rating, don't have that option... So giving 1star.

In dining horrible experience- Food was average - was almost cold . They never label boxes on preparation , so open it hundred times before delivery to find out what’s what ? And everything turns cold … no proper customer executives to take orders .. people in the kitchen or delivery care not to take orders saying it will take longer and even if customer is okay to wait —- it was Friday eve and just 9pm - they refused new orders and behaving rudely at walk in customers … my dine in order nearly took 45 mins to deliver and half cold with my garlic bread missing and had to be fought to be made quick .. pathetic ambience - cramped up - the upstairs are closed and lights off even if ground floor is full and too loud to make their life easier , service - I would give negative remarks .. if u guys wanna focus only on delivery do close dining experience.. cus v don’t walk in to get cold pizza and pay...
