Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I do not think its the mistake of this particular person, but you have to take some serious preventive measure here.

I was in your Dominos outlet Perungudi last night (Saturday) around 9.50PM.,

I happen to witness the person "pressing" the Pizza dough into flat round shape, attending a "Phone call" from your Landline, taking an Online Order for a customer (dusting away the powder away from his tshirt as well) and getting back to work again "pressing" the dough all with "bare hands".

Now the personal hygiene of handling food products is challenged., In a day, many people would attend those phone and touch the monitor, that is a potential place for breeding for germs and he didnt even take a moment to wash his hands.

I agree, this happened on a Saturday night 10.05PM., In that case, kindly let the public know u wont take orders after that time of the day as you would be closing shortly or short of agents (which was not quiet true, the store was staffed).,

Each order sums to around 800 to 1200 INR for you these days and we do not prefer to eat DIRT. Please., We buy this for our children as well, to have a pleasant weekend with family.

This practice will surely lead to a doctor for some infection, food poisoning or the other

People have a trust on your brand and assume you prepare hygienic food. Do Not make them regret.

I observed all this because you had a Set-up made to watch them make Pizza., Now better take a preventive procedure than attempting to remove that "watching area" instead.

Worst experience ever, if there is no 30mins promise for bulk orders why don’t you guys have an option, is it a bulk order once I selected more than 30 mins?

I’m not satisfied with you service Nd feel you have not fulfilled the service you offered.. Not planning to place n order in future with you guys.

Perungudi dominos, worst service didn’t even give a call Nd inform there is a delay or there is no carry bag. Don’t you guys have common sense, customers might not be aware of ordering carry bag(like me) if 8 pizza is ordered with other things how do you think we will carry it without a carrybag, at least if you gave a confirmation call Nd said there is no carry bag I would have told to bring 1 nd paid for it. Do you think it is difficult for a person to pay for carry bag for an 2k+ order.. have some basic knowledge guys.. Usually I’ll get a carry bag in DLF Nd I’m not aware that it must be ordered separately... at least next time call Nd confirm, that to when you receive an order from office only 1 person might come to pick it up Nd if there is no carry bag hw do you think they will take it. The delivery boy didn’t have a extra carry bag even when we are ready to pay for it.

Totally disappointed with dominos for the first time Nd next time I might think before ordering from...

Yesterday, I had an awkward time at dominos. I did both dine in and take away. The person who handed me the items was a newcomer. I had to remind him of each and every item and he could have looked at the bill and given the items accordingly. We see a newcomer, an experienced professional who comes from dominos as part of the franchise. So we would expect the delivery and quality accordingly. The food was really amazing and tasted really good. But the bag that they had given me (which I paid extra for) broke within 10 minutes. I would've expected an apology or "this will not happen again" from the staff especially the manager but the manager was very sarcastic, tried to explain the concept of gravity (like he was saying "if the bag falls down, the contents will fall down as well" lols). He started blaming me for mishandling the bag when I had carefully handled it the whole time. The bag broke in the middle of the road and became very dangerous for me to retrieve it. Thankfully Uday and saranavan from the thiruvanmiyur branch helped me with a better bag and replaced the dip for free that was lost when the previous bag had broken in the middle of traveling.
