Faasos Anna Nagar — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

It was late night, so I called upon the Faasos Customer care and asked whether any food avilable. Ms.Deepi (Custumer relative person) called upon the Restaurant and connected me to the manager. Mr. Rajasekar (Manager) and Mr.Muthu made effort to prepare food and successfully delivering it post working hours. That was an effort to be Appreciated personally. They also took the effort for me, cause I mentioned "I'm Hungry and stuck at home in quartine". I'm so gratefull for this proccess. First of all... what kind of pathetic service is this? They didn’t even bother to do proper packaging... just casually handed over the bowl to the delivery executive as if it was some leftover. And the food? Absolutely disgusting. The rice was half cooked... dry... with hard lumps... tasting stale and old. It felt like they scraped the bottom of a pot from yesterday’s leftovers. I seriously can’t understand how a place can be this careless and disrespectful towards customers. This is not just bad service... it’s insulting. Never ordering...

Good quality takeout. Can say confidently as im a bit of a regular here. Food tastes litt. A large vegetatrian menu is available. Highly recommend them, but 40 mins of delivery for nearly 4kms is a bit annoying. No complaints otherwise. Thx for...
