ORDER FROM HERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING! Attaching my zomato invoice as a prove that this is not a fake review. Me and my friend ordered chicken & veg sandwich, boiled egg in train and paid Rs 382. The sandwiches were extremely oily, like some deep fried food. The taste was aweful but as we were travelling and hungry we ate it. just after eating both of us got stomach ache and discomfort in train itself. the journey was very painful in train after eating these sandwiches. somehow after we reached home both of us got loose motion and I almost fainted out of stomach pain. these people do not follow any food safety precaution. maybe they gave stale bread or what I don't know. please don't order from here at your health's risks. it's been a day already and both of us are still suffering. We paid Rs382 just to get sick. disgusting food and service! I am writing this long review just to caution and warn others before ordering from here. Food is good in general, especially the grilled meats. So also are the breads and gravy ones. However, customer service is very poor. Waiters are rude and arrogant. When I enquired if mutton is available, the waiter mockingly remarked why I didn't know they don't serve mutton even after coming there daily (please note I have been there only twice prior to this)! He further told me I'm taking too long to order and vanished after asking another waiter to attend to me, when the whole affair took only around 3 minutes! I suspect the reason for his agitation was because it was closing time at 11PM. Another minus point is they have only one menu card for the entire hotel and will keep telling you to order quickly as they have to pass it on to others! They also won't give you tumblers or glasses to drink water, you are supposed to somehow drink from a bottle of water they put on the table! Visited Hangout directly and ordered the items mentioned in the bill.

After Reach Home when my family members opened Hangout special Bbq Chicken, Instead of Half , they packed only Quarter...

Then I called the number mentioned on the Bill, almost 3 times none of them.picked the call ... then I tried an alternative number called somebody.picked the call and said will call you 5 minutes regarding the same...

Then got a call from an unpicked Number, from that Number Mr Prabhu said.. The manager is not available now..I can't decide anything..will speak and tell you...

After I clearly said, nobody was available to pick up , Mr Prabhu said,

Sir if you want you can come and pickup or we can adjust the bill... i requested for a delivery, as He said.. all the staff are north indian, they don't know the places in Coimbatore ... WHAT A REPLY... unexpected....
