Poor Service Attitude
The service was extremely disappointing. The staff behaved in a way that made us feel unwelcome — as if we had come to pick a fight. No smile, no courtesy — just cold and irritated expressions throughout. Basic manners were completely lacking.
Rude and Disrespectful Behavior
Their attitude was shockingly rude. It felt like we were begging for food. The way they spoke and handled our requests was arrogant and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of hospitality you’d expect at any decent food place.
Unprofessional Handling of Orders
We ordered mushroom fried rice and politely requested a sprinkle of black pepper on it — a very simple addition. Instead of trying to help, the server went to the kitchen and came back saying, “That’s not possible, but we can give you schezwan fried rice.” In the end, what we received was just plain veg fried rice — no mushrooms, no black pepper, and absolutely swimming in oil
4.Irresponsible & Offensive Justification:
When I asked the cash counter guy about the messed-up order and the oil content, his reply was both unprofessional and offensive. He blamed it on the kitchen staff saying, “The food is cooked by Biharis” and absurdly added that “You should’ve told us to use less oil” — as if I should’ve guessed they’d drench it in 2 litres of oil unless I warned them not to.
Food Safety Concern
This is the most serious part. While eating, I started experiencing bloating and discomfort. Within just 30 minutes, I had stomach pain, which clearly points to something wrong with either the hygiene, ingredients, or oil quality used...
Read moreA great choice for vegetarian people. I visited this place was recommended by the people from the hotel where I was staying. Trust me you wont regret. Everytime you try new dish it comes out to be the best. The lunch they served veg thali where they have around 9 items including rice and papad. All the items are delicious. The service is too good. They provide extra servings if you want. The veg thali is for 100 which was little more for me. So for the people like me coming from North 2 people can eat in that one veg thali. You can ask for extra plate and then can have the rice and other daal and curry they provide themselves. Other items dosa, idli, chola puri and appam(sorry if I am wrong with the spellings) I triedin the dinner which was also worth the price. I would recommend If any north people coming here and want to try veg options should come here and have the veg thali ones. The place is too clean and hygenic and the service is...
Read moreHello everyone, please don’t buy food from here. (I ordered online) Today(09.10.2025) I ordered sambar idli and 2 pieces of parotta. After eating just three spoons, I suddenly felt like vomiting. Since I’m already a patient (recovering from viral fever), I thought it might be due to my health condition, so I stopped eating the sambar idli.
Later, my mother ate the parotta around 8:30 PM. After 11:25 PM (on October 9, 2025), she got food poisoning. We are currently in the hospital, and fortunately, my mother is now safe.
Please be careful and don’t trust restaurants just because they have a famous brand name. Many use their name for popularity, but their food quality is very poor. It’s better to eat at a small “thalluvandi kadai” (street food stall) where food is often fresher and safer.
Middle-class people like us don’t have the time or money to go to consumer court, even if we want to. So please be alert...
