GRT Regency is one of the best hotels in Vellore.... It has all the amenities within the hotel.. Well maintained rooms... More spacious rooms... facilities given in the rooms are so rich... Well cleaned washrooms... Mini refrigerators have also been provided in the room. In that the management has kept beer, energy soft drinks like red bull, tin soda like coca cola, sprite and chocolates etc., and on an open desk they have kept dietary biscuits, potato chips, almond nuts, cashew nuts etc., The thing is given snacks and drinks are on chargeable basis which prices are given in the picture.. Quite over priced snacks and drinks.. It's quite a trick of hotel management to sell these snacks at an over price. When you stay with your kids, you cannot stop them from consuming the snacks, biscuits, chocolates & soft drinks... The snacks prices given in the catalogue are 200% - 500% higher than the MRP mentioned in the price label.. Apart from the above, other amenities are so good... A complimentary breakfast will be provided to the guests... The taste is so delicious for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, veg salads, fruit salads, bake items etc., It was a pleasant stay at GRT Regency hotels.

Visited the restaurant multiple times. The ambience and service are very good. They have special breakfast and lunch menus on festivals. The quality and taste used to be outstanding. Even until a few years ago, the buffet was so extensive and could rival those in the cities. There used to be a chat rickshaw, live counter, good number of desserts etc. But, in our last visit we saw a great reduction in the buffet spread. The service seems to have deteriorated too. Wish they go back to how outstanding they used to be.

We had to go to CMC Vellore for medical reasons, and finding accomodation was proving to be tough because of the NEET admissions that were on. GRT promised to call us if they had any sudden vacancies. Meanwhile we had booked in what turned out to be a seedy hotel. So when Narain from GRT Sameera called to tell us a room is vacant, we were relieved. We moved to GRT immediate. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and we enjoy the buffet breakfast in the morning. Recommend it highly to anyone going to Vellore.

We had a buffet lunch on new year. Number of items was very less totally(starters and main course) they have only 5 items for nonveg. They provide only two nonveg starters(Quail tandoori and chicken pepper fry) and 2 nonveg gravy(crab and chicken). They provide only one biriyani(mutton) and curd rice for main course. For desert they have only cakes and breads. In live counters they have only dosa items. They didn't provide fish, prawn, mutton in starters. There is no grill items. There is no fried rice. This is the first time I had a buffet without gulab jamun and crispy corn. Taste also very moderate. Food is not at all worthy of the cost. For two members they charged 3000...

The number of available options were really less, the taste of the food was below average. For the price of the buffet there were barely 10 options for each Veg and Non-Veg and the taste of the food wasn't good as well.

The service wasn't swift enough as well and basic things like serving water was taking longer than expected.

Went there after seeing tge 4+ star review but was extremely disappointed with the quality, variety and taste of food.

For the price of the buffet it definitely isn't worth it. There are much...
