Symphony Inn - Vellore — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Wanted to share my experience with this hotel . I went to Vellore for my family’s treatment for a critical operation to be performed in CMC . I booked this hotel seeing the ratings and the great location . I booked family room one of the costliest in the hotel the premium one . I went there with my family so wanted to book the best . I had pretty bad experience and will not recommend definitely !

Firstly the rooms are not well maintained and room service is not upto the mark . My mother had a critical operation so after the operation when she got discharged we came back to the hotel since we wanted to give her the best atmosphere . But unfortunately the AC dis not work For continuous two days . After multiple complaints still there was no action was taken . had a pretty bad experience with one of the receptionist ( Male Receptionist ) cant recall the name , who is in charge of duty at night . When we asked to change our room he mentioned there was no room available and asked that if we cant stay to leave the hotel ! How ridiculous it can be !!! Never expected that such a high rated hotel staff will be so rude . The wifi do not work ! And never this person who was the receptionist respond in a good manner . Really sorry to say he is ruining the hotel !!! We had to stay there nearly for 3 weeks but got this type of service .

I highly ask to act on the staff ( the Night attendant ) and the service so that the hotel can keep Up to the expectations as per the charge !!

The hotel is exceptional location is good room service by people like karthik, sooriya are awesome.. cleanliness wise also it's excellent.. the buffet is good and the biriyani downstairs is good and connectivity is good but I want make a special mention about this person in the reception called ms anandhi the only rude person in the entire place was extremely rude to my family.. it's not about paying extra for the 2 to 3 hours of extra stay but the attitude in which she speaks to the customer we are really not looking for reduction in the hotel bill because for people who travel from abroad the extra 200 rs for an hour doesn't actually matter it's the attitude with which they speak and treat the customers everyone were good and I would say bad about anyone else but the way she speaks to customers have to be refined kindly look into it please that's my humble request overall the hotel is 5* but I will give 1* for her rude attitude we are really upset

Someone else from the previous time also has mentioned the same stay was very bad experience rooms is pretty good but staff very bad not behaviour that receptionist girl I don't know her name she is wearing specs very rude while speaking this is not the way to handle guest if this kind of staffs they are having no one come to stay Symphony inn is an awesome place to stay but because the receptionist ms anadhis attitude the good reputation is getting bad and pls teach her some courtesy...
