❌ ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! ❌

Ordered Chicken 65 Biryani from this so-called "hotel," and guess what we got as a free add-on? A COCKROACH! Yes, a literal, filthy, disgusting cockroach in our food! 🤢

This is beyond unacceptable—it's UNHYGIENIC, UNSAFE, and a COMPLETE HEALTH HAZARD! If they are careless enough to let insects roam in the food, imagine the condition of their kitchen! Do they even clean? Do they even care about customers’ health? DO NOT risk your health by eating here!

But wait, the worst part? When we reported this to the manager and staff, instead of apologizing, they were EXTREMELY RUDE! They casually said, "This is normal, it happens every time. We sprayed HIT yesterday, so that's why the cockroach is in the food." Seriously?! So their logic is—because they sprayed insecticide, we should just accept cockroach-infested food?!...

They cheated us...... behaved very badly........ Today ..... We ordered Thalassery Ayakoora fish biriyani, then they served the biriyani with some other fish, While we shows them the fish flesh is not from Ayakoora , they didn't agree at all, finally we started eating...... We saw that in this, there have one small piece of Ayakoora fish. Then I called the responsible person and shows this is how you are cheating us while others are looking this, immediately he changed his sound and made the peaceful situation very bad. This is not good. If you did a mistake atleast you can say" it happened by mistake, Sorry". Instead of that you said it is 100% Ayakoora.... Behaved very rudely........ We are there waiting for this 30 minutes for this and you are simply saying you can leave it there and go. Very bad...

I ordered a Mexican Wrap on Swiggy from this place. The Mexican Wrap had a very clear green dot right next to the name of the item. And, I had also turnedon the veg filter that the top of the menu. Yet, the wrap I got came with pieces of chicken in it. When I called the restaurant about this, the man claimed that the green dot, a universal symbol for vegetarian food, actually meant that the item was in stock. And that I misunderstood its meaning. I understand that the fault is Swiggy's, in all probability, but I don't understand the owner's need to paint it as my fault.
