Hotel Sri Bharathi Bhavan [V] — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The restaurant which cares for quality.

Initial impression is that, looks like an old restaurant. But soon we can see that they care about the customers and the quality of the food served to customers.

Positives are Neatly arranged tables, two TVs(viewable from almost any corner of the restaurant) to keep the customers entertained, sensible(bit slow too) waiters, very good quality food, multiple payment options (cash, paytm, PhonePe, card payment) etc.

Only negative for this place I felt is, parking. Though they have covered parking lot for two wheelers, no one is parking in it. If we park our two wheeler inside the covered parking, there is high chance that others would park their vehicles blocking our way. So it will be hard for us to take our vehicle out.

Moral of the story : Liked the food very much. Nice vegetarian south Indian...

The old lady who stands in the cash counter (might be the owner) is so rude and not even customer friendly. She behaves as if we get free food from them. And even the person who parcels the food, he too has a bad attitude. I have asked for 3 idly and 1 vada parcel and all they gave is just a packet of sambar and small packet of coconut chutney. When I asked for extra chutney and sambar, the parcel person said "Adhellam Inga varadhu" in rude tone. I checked with cashier lady if I can get them for paying extra. She said "chutney Elam varadhu.. sambar 45 roobai". The tone and the way they are handling customers...

Hotel shree Bharathi Bhavan serves authentic and very hygienic food. Awesome And tasty south indian dishes. Its a nice place to go with family and friends . Environment is very clean and pollution less . Superup veg restaurant in and around Ramapuram arasamaram area. They installed 2 TV's to entertain their customers, nice to watch Tv while dining. I think they are providing Home delivery to the nearby areas. Expecting them to provide again Chinese items soon. Because once upon a time, they provided chinese items with good quality...
