Horrible place, staff is least bothered about customer,when u call them they will tell each other to attend and no one will still attend you,and when someone does, they take orders and will turn up only after 20mins to reconfirm wht u have ordered, worst part whatever u ask them from menu is not available since it's served only at specific time,when we ordered meals they denied us meals whereas they were serving meals to people who came right after us. Felt bad that we were with our 2 yr old daughter despite that the staff was inconsiderate. We still ate whatever was there and gave the lady waiter 30rupees so that atleast out of shame she will serve people wholeheartedly. We again went eve for dinner hoping to get meals this time and at 9-9.30 they said meals and not being served now it's only snacks.. I mean seriously?

Before this we had 2 plates of paratha since it was the only option and idli and had 4 cups of coffee which costed us 450 rupees. I suggest instead we went to sri hotel andhra bhavan had 1 whole veg andhar meal, idli sambhar and 2X2liters of bisleri + 1x1 literally which costed us just 270.

However, I recently had a markedly different experience at the Periyamet Branch near Fanar Residencey in Periyamet. During my consecutive five-day visits for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the service here left much to be desired. Despite available tables, the servers were inattentive, often making it difficult to place orders due to language barriers with predominantly Hindi-speaking staff. Additionally, basic amenities like running water were unreliable, relying on buckets and mugs for handwashing, and the use of plastic food containers of A2B detracted from the usual experience. I highly recommend that the management consider a complete overhaul of the service team at this particular branch before it negatively impacts the reputation of the establishment. A surprise inspection might unveil several areas that require immediate attention. As per my experience lately, I faced real pressure, I was shopping for my Family & relatives to Hyderabad. There were Language communication issues with the Team lady & the Workers. They were soo stingy, really not satisfied with the Customer Service. For 10 grams they were fighting. It's not it's not about the money I don't want not of the it's not it's not about the money I don't want not of the it's not it's not about the money I don't want not of the it's not it's not about the money even though few grams have been increased I am free to pay and I will pay the amount which I had to pay but the guys should not have treated me like this. This is really not good for the Adyar Ananda bhavan become with trust and lots of interest to buy for a family and all the people around so the next time please do remember the customer satisfaction is very important rather than the money which you cost nothing is going to change if you guys keep on doing like this.
