KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Subject: Poor Service Experience at KFC Thanjavur.

Dear Restaurant Manager,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my today visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a serious issue that has left me feeling frustrated and upset.

Despite my repeated requests for my combo drinks to be served in PET bottles, I was given disposable cups instead. To my dismay, the cups became soiled within minutes, causing the drinks to spill all over my car, car seats, and even my dress. As a result, I was left with a significant mess to clean up, and my clothing was irreparably stained.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed by the lack of attention to my requests, especially given that I made them several times. The incident has left me with a negative impression of your restaurant and has made me question the level of care and consideration provided to customers.

I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. I value your business and would appreciate a response to this review.

Dining in KFC is a horrible experience for customers like us in current ongoing corona pandemic.

By yesterday (15 Sep) I had visited with the family members @ 7: 30 PM and had noticed the below issues,Expect KFC Thanjavur management have to consider about it.

No staff present in the entrance to offer hand sanitizer to the guest's due to ongoing corona pandemic.

After entering the entrance can see the huge crowd till the cash counter as I can see the guests with out masks, and even no social distance as well in collection counter also.

3.We really disappointed with the authentic KFC Taste where the ordered meal is not spicy,Tasty and the flavour of KFC is missed.

4.When we about to enter the washroom we notice that the water tap is damage which leads the water get flushes every where and there is NO hand soap in washroom at all.

Being a regular visitor to KFC restaurant im disappoint with KFC Thanjavur branch and hope the management will notice the above issues to take the...

Hi KFC Franchise Thanjavur , I have visited the outlet couple of time in past 2 weeks. I'm not convinced with the taste. I tried KFC hot& chrispy chicken in multiple outlets in India & accross overseas, but your outlet taste doesn't match with the standard taste with the original recipe (chrispy chicken) .

Second , The quality of your Zinger burger "bun" is totally not in the standard, No proper toppings and lettuce.

Third, your staff are friendly and polite.. however No proper order collection standard. I have ordered Grilled chicken briyani, Order delivered for dine-in with No grilled chicken. After enquiring to the staff , they said grilled chicken is under preparation.. Why don't the staff inform the customer before or they could have dispatch the order after everything is prepared?

4th, "Poor hygiene in toilet" . Smells hell while entering washroom.

Pls do maintain basic standards and protocols as per KFC...
