New Krishna Sweets & Bakery — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today ( 29.08.23 ) Morning i visit one of the Krishna Sweets branch located in Medical College Road, Balaji Nagar Branch. I buy a 10 pieces of cakes and I ask to the staff I want paper plates. He said not available usually we don't provide paper plates for parcel purpose then I said I am ready to pay for the paper plates after that also he said not available. Suddenly one of another staff interfering and told very rudely paper plate not available if you want paper plate purchase in next Shop cost is Rs: 30/- His behaviour is very irritated me Then I cancelled the order . Staff behaviour is very worst and roude Then I buy a cake near by Shop in that Shop I doesn't ask paper plate is avl? Wantedly they ask if you want paper plates sir ? And they give free of cost . Kindly teach the staffs how to speach with the customer . If plate are not avl yes I accepted but how to telling the way to the customer is...

Don't understand what's so special here that fetches above 4 rating in Google ....no item is that good.

Ordinary cakes with low quality ingredients. Other snacks are not fresh either, buns and other such items are 2 or 3 days old.

Leave other things, just bought Kadalai Pakoda, which is a very common snacks available in all bakery. That tastes so horrible. Make with some horrible masala Seems to have been made by some North Indian in their style. What a heckkk....

Very bad experience... I have ordered redvelvet cake for my parents anniversary via swiggy.. They delivered d cake without writing name on them... Its d shop responsibilty to call and ask wat to write on d cake but without even asking they delivered it via swiggy... When i tried to contact they didnt respond.. Very dissappointed and my parents became sad on their anniversary... Worst service and the cake didnt even taste like red velvet flavour its full of cream.. Dont ever order birthday...
