HI I AM NOT REALY PERSON WHO USUALY BUT THE EXPERINCE I HAD WAS PATHETIC IT WS MY FAVORITE PLACE IN TANJUR WHERE I TRVEL FOR BUSINESS QUITE OFTEN AND WAS REGULAR THERE TILL THE TIME I WAS THERE THE TEAM AND THE STAFF ARE EXTREMLY WELCOMING AND PLEASENT EVEN THE OWNERS SEEMNIGLY GOOD HOSPITABLE BUT THIS TIME I DID BRING A GUEST WHO SHE WAS A MOVIE PRODUCER AND BUSINESS PARTNER WHICH WENT VERY WELL AT THE START BUT LATER THE MANAGER CHARANS ATTITUDE AND ARGOANCE WERE LOSING OUR PATINCE WE DID TRY TO IGNORE AS THERE ARE LOT OF VILAGES NEARINGLY MAY BE HE IS UNDER TRAINED SINCE HE IS PRETTY ELDERLY WE TRY TO IGNORE BUT AFTER A WHILE IT WENT BEYON ON A MONDAY MORNING WE WENT ON A SITE VISIT AND WAS WAITING FOR FEW MORE GUESTS TO JOIN US FOR LUNCH WHERE THE MANAGER HAD A PROBLEM SITTING INSIDE A CAFE WHERE IT WAS MT AT 10 IN THE MORNING WE DID HAVE SOME SNACKS AND COFFE WATING FOR THE REST OF THE TEAM TO JOIN US BUTHE INSISTED US GETTING OUT ON THE HOT SUN AND WAIT TILL YOUR TEAM ARRIVES AND CAN GET IN THEN AND I DID MENTION I AM A REGULAR HERE ARE YOU SAYIING THAT YOU DONT WANT MY BUSINESS YOU WANT ME TO TAKE IT SOME WHERE YOUN ARE VERY RUDE FOR HOSPTALITY HE WAS LIKE THERE ARE LOT OF TOURIST AND OUR BUSINESS DOSENT RUN BECAUSE OF YOU JUST SAID THANKS FOR THE INFO AND WAALKED AWAY I MA NOT STEPING TO THE PLACE EVER AGIN THANKS MR CHARAN FOR YOUR HOSPITAALITY AND I AM APPOLIGISE FOR THE RESTURANT OWNERS FOR A BAD REVIEW I UNDERSTAND YOU AND YOUR TEAM PUT ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF WORK AND EFFORT TO RUN THE SHOW BEST BUT YOUR MANAGER BEHAVIOR BOTHERD ME AND...

I want to share the worst experience. I had with Divyam restaurant. The guys who are managing the seat allotment are pathetic. they are very rude and arrogant. Twice I had a very bad experience. The staffs who are serving food are good and food is also ok...but these guys who are standing at the entrance are very very bad...they treat the customer as if they are the boss and the customers are slaves. We went as a family of 15 members for dinner. They said that they will give 4 different tables which are available. We said we will wait for the family table and we were ready to wait. I was talking to him saying that I can wait and requesting him to provide a family table. But this guy at the entrance of the restaurant who is responsible for allocating tables has said he can't listen to me and I need to take whichever tables are available. Then I asked for the owner or manager to escalate, then he allocated the family table. I want to give a 0 star rating because of his behaviour. But I don't have this option in the...

Varieties are more, ambiance is good, but rate is very high which is not worth it, some items are very spicy, when we ask they are saying we should have told them before, but how we know it's going to be spicy, They have plenty variety of items which we can have only one time, not regularly, They should concentrate on regular items, Today we had keerai poriyal, in that they cut keerai, green chilly together in mixer which shows how they are lazy is and it was spicy too, can't separate it,

Meals rice not boiled properly it is half cooked, when we told this to the supplier they are not much bothered, after having the meal we both had stomach problem,

Normal meals 235 RS is too much costly, Their main advantage is the location and ambiance,but Day by day taste is getting faded,

we are the costumers from starting of this restaurant and we could see how they are detoriated in food taste, here after we will think twice before going to this restaurant,

Management should consider this review as a wake up...
