At 22: He joined army, applied to law school and faced rejection after rejection from school and jobs he was at He then became an insurance salesman another failure to be added to his messy resume He decided to be a cook and dishwasher at small cafe

At 65 Years old he retired, on the first day of retirement, he received a check from government for $105... A perfect slap in the face He then felt like committing suicide, sat under tree writing suicide letter all of sudden a thought has come, there is no way to change my life then he realized there is a lot more to do, he has to do something different from others, He borrowed $87 to buy a fryer and his recipe's ingredients He lived on his unique recipe, he was again rejected 1009 times The 1010th restaurant gave his yes moment KFC was born,

At 88: he became a multi-billionaire(colonel Sanders) - That’s all about KFC :)

KFC Chrompet – Great Food, But Poor Service!

I've been visiting KFC Chrompet quite often and never had a chance to leave feedback until now.

Recently, I placed a takeaway order worth over ₹2000. As always, KFC's food is amazing, and most outlets maintain great standards. But mistakes happen, and what really matters is how they handle it.

One of my ordered items, a burger, was missing. Since I live far from the store, I couldn't go back. Instead, I contacted their customer service helpline, explained the issue, and was assured that the store would reach out and deliver the missing item. But guess what? They never did.

I’m not frustrated about losing ₹500, but the lack of response and the poor handling of my complaint left a bad impression.

Very bad experience – Food quality and hygiene issue!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from KFC Chromepet, placed directly through the official KFC app (not via any third-party delivery service).

The chicken in my box was completely wet and soggy, and to make things worse, there was a hair inside the food box — which is absolutely unacceptable for a reputed brand like KFC. The dips and sauces I paid for were also missing from my parcel.

This shows a serious lack of hygiene and quality control at this branch. I trusted KFC’s name for quality, but this experience was very disappointing and unhygienic.

I request KFC India Headquarters to look into this matter immediately, take strict action against the Chromepet outlet, manager (Mr. Sarukesh) and ensure proper food handling and packaging standards are followed. Customers deserve clean and complete orders for...
