Recently I celebrated my son's 2nd birthday in this hotel and it was a nightmare.
First, the food.. What was meant to be a joyful and memorable birthday celebration turned into a major disappointment, because of the food served at the hotel. We had booked a banquet hall for a birthday party, expecting good hospitality and decent food, especially after seeing their menu and photos.
Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised. 1, The Mutton Biryani (Tomato Rice) were served like a soggy tomato rice with way less meats (The meats were kept separately in the kitchen and it was brought to the table at a later point after we asked them) 2, The veg pulao / veg briyani dint had any salt and when we enquired, we were told that it was prepared considering the BP for aged people..!! (Gosh.. Look at their response..!!) 3, Naan.. We couldnt differentiate if it was Naan or a dried, uncooked roti. It was not cooked at all.. We were able to see the Raw Flour on the dish and it wasnt toasted properly. No one actually from my family touched this Puloa and Naan for the same reason. 4, Dessert. We ordered for Gulab Jamun and the first few pieces of jamuns which were on top of tray the tasted really good but all the underneath pieces were like super hard and wasn't fried well. It was tasted like Gajara.. 5, Kadai Vegetable.. Wow man.. The whole tray wasn't even touched by anyone. It was just the same like other worse dishes.
Only Good part: The Chicken Gravy..
Guests started leaving early, and several people quietly mentioned that they didn’t enjoy the food. It was embarrassing, especially since we had spent a good amount for a supposedly "premium" birthday package.
Second, the hotel have a tie up with one of their own in-house decor. You dont have a choice of choosing someone from outside even if you feel this so called in-house decor is worthless. The decor will quote you atleast 6000rs to 10000rs extra than its actual value, just to pay the hotel. In my case he charged me 17500 which suppose to be worth of 10k to 12k max. But as mentioned, I had to choose as hotel dint provide me any other option.
What should have been a happy celebration turned into a night of frustration and regret, all because the hotel completely failed in delivering quality food and service.
My recommendation, don't ever try this hotel for anything.. Save...

I have never experienced such a terrible stay in my entire life. We were a group of three, and from the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. The housekeeping was absolutely horrible. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom was equally neglected.
The A/C in our room wasn’t working, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to fix it. We were offered a room change, but the new room came with an even worse issue—a very bad odor and unpleasant smell that made it even more unbearable.
To add to the misery, the mattress they provided was very old and extremely dirty. It was uncomfortable and seemed like it hadn’t been replaced in years. On top of that, the intercom in the room wasn’t working, which made communication with the front desk even more difficult. We stayed for three days, and not once did they provide a bottle of water, which should be a basic amenity. The room was never cleaned, and the bathroom was in the same unkempt state throughout our entire stay.
Considering the high tariff of ₹5,250, this experience was incredibly disappointing. For ₹2,000, I would have had a much better experience staying at an OYO room with far better service, cleanliness, and amenities. I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Palace and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment I arrived, issues with the accommodations became apparent, significantly impacting my stay.
Firstly, the air conditioning in the room was subpar, failing to provide adequate cooling despite repeated attempts to adjust the settings. This made for uncomfortable nights and disrupted sleep, detracting from the overall quality of my stay.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the washroom left much to be desired. It was evident that proper cleaning had not been conducted, with visible dirt and grime present in various areas. Additionally, the fact that the exhaust fan in the washroom was not functioning exacerbated the situation, leading to a lingering unpleasant odor that persisted throughout my stay.
