I had a terrible experience here. Went with a few friends and ordered multiple items. The place was warm with a couple of customers and they switched on the ac 15 mins after i took a table. There was a power cut but we didn't bother and waited for about 40 minutes and no food yet. I jokingly said maybe kitchen is closed due to power cut. We checked with them and it was true. They said that it will get resolved in 10 minutes and i made it clear that i wanted a refund if it isn't ready in 10 minutes. They came and told me in 10 minutes that refund can be provided. I was happy that they didn't make me argue or fight about it. I'd spent close to an hour there but they charged me for the 2 average mojitos that we had. The cost wasn't a matter to me and i didn't argue but they should have made the drink complimentary after giving such a poor experience to me. Much better than Dominos!! The crust was perfect unlike dominos' which has a very thick and dense crust. If you don't understand what I'm talking about, try the pizza here and taste it yourself. The pizza here was simply perfect. Perfect amount of cheese, perfect amount of pizza sauce, perfect amount of toppings, perfect amount of deliciousness. The garlic bread and tacos were also great as well. Loved it. Will be visiting here again the next time I want to eat pizza. This is my first preference now, next comes dominos. The only thing which I felt could be improved is the choice of drinks. Many drinks were not available although it didn't bother me much since i mostly drink coke / Pepsi with pizza and that was...

Truly one of the worst pizza/Italian experiences I've had. Ordered in from two streets away, so delivery time wasn't an issue.

The garlic bread was way too salty, and it was essentially a biscuit. Bread isn't supposed to be this crisp.

The chicken wings were either spoilt or too old. Terrible tasting and went straight into the bin.

The lasagna was nothing to write home about. Cheese was too salty and the chicken was overcooked.

Then the single slice pizza. I was really looking forward to this, but I could've used the pizza as a hand fan. Crust was that crispy. Honestly I could've put some toppings on a papad and had a better eating experience.
