First i would like to say, i don't know how to give "0" rating. That's why I gave 1 star.

"Utterly Disappointing & Discriminatory Experience" Visited with family, eager to enjoy a simple dosa — only to be told “no dosa available.” Minutes later, another family from Kerala arrives, and suddenly dosas magically appear on the menu. The blatant difference in treatment between customers was shocking.

When questioned, staff tried to convince us with absurd excuses like the dosa batter “just arrived in the fraction of a second” — an insult to both logic and respect. Hospitality should be about fairness and warmth, not favoritism and fabrication.

We left in disbelief. Ooty has countless wonderful places to dine — this, unfortunately, is not one of them.please avoid...

Good tasty food at reasonable price. Situated in the second floor, two of its tables also provide a good view of the lake. Veg, non veg both available. The garlic chicken was really good albeit with loads of spices. Service was good. Value for money kind of restaurant. Don't have very high elite service...
