This is my second visit to this place, and I must say it's an excellent spot for spending time with family and friends. The ambiance is delightful, and the food is delicious. However, our experience was marred by the disappointing service. Our group of 8, including 5 adults and 3 children, chose this venue for our Christmas evening.

Despite ordering 2 dim sum, a pizza, fries, sandwiches, and ramen, everything arrived promptly except for the ramen. After patiently waiting for an hour, we reminded the waiter, who was unhelpful. A manager intervened, displaying arrogance and suggesting it was our last chance to order. Politely, we explained we were waiting for our ramen, only to receive a rude response indicating no further orders would be taken.

Frustrated, we insisted on receiving what we had ordered an hour earlier. The manager then admitted their mistake and rushed the ramen to us in just 2-3 minutes. Due to their unprofessionalism, lack of attention to detail, and rude behavior, our dining experience was tarnished, and we left the restaurant without satisfying our hunger.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Cafe, and it was an absolute delight. The standout dishes for me were the farmhouse pizza and the cappuccino.

The farmhouse pizza was a culinary masterpiece. The combination of fresh ingredients, including savory cheese, farm-fresh vegetables, and perfectly seasoned meats, created a burst of flavors in every bite. The crust was just the right balance of crispiness and chewiness, providing the perfect canvas for these delicious toppings. It was a pizza lover's dream come true.

Absolutely Disappointed – Worst Customer Service Experience!

Visited Le Cafe with high hopes, but was met with the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time, all thanks to one staff member – Keerthana. Her attitude was shockingly unprofessional. I politely asked her to cancel my milkshake order, and she immediately claimed it was already ready. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

What followed was over 10 minutes of waiting, during which I had to ask her 4 to 5 times for the drink. Instead of being helpful or courteous, she stood there laughing and chatting with her colleagues – as if the customers are some kind of joke to them. Absolutely disrespectful behavior. If this is how Le Cafe trains their staff, then it’s a huge red flag.

Now, credit where it’s due – the food was actually great. Solid 4/5 to the chefs who clearly know what they’re doing. Big win for the kitchen team. But the entire dining experience was ruined by this one server’s arrogance and lack of basic customer service.

Will I be returning? Definitely not. Will I recommend this place? Absolutely not – unless you enjoy being mocked while waiting for your order.
