Madras Fish — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

After long time I had worth fish food with very reasonable price . I had idly with fish kuzhambu, Sankara fish fry , prawn fried rice .

First I will give 5/5 for Sankara fish which is having correct masala mix , no fish smell , fried very well and the rate is 60 rs .. surely we can't get this anywhere else.

Then prawn fried , I tasted prawn fried rice in my lifetime very few times because I had worst experience but here prawn fried rice made me take repeat order next time . Masala was added medium level not much or not less and enough count of prawns in rice in the rate of 140

Personally idly with fish kuzhambu should be better . It was good but felt like all other items are 5/5 but idly just one point below buy quality wise you can feel like home made food

Finally this shop is opened in midnight as well

And shop owner who is inviting his customer with smile face and accepting all the feedbacks. This shop will be my favorite hereafter to visit again and again ... thanks for giving such a delicious food ❤#HappyCustomer

I forgot to add another main item from here because 1st time I didn't tasted 2nd time only I noted .crab soup is must must try here .60 rs . Especially kids...

I have always wished that there could have been sea food stalls/hotels in velachery like the ones in besant nagar. I came to know about this shop through a random video in youtube. I wanted to try it out with my friend who is also a seafood lover and we went there. We asked for prawn, thankfully that was the last plate they had. It was amaze max, especially with those fried onions, taste was so unique, skin was removed and properly cooked. Next we tried sankara fish fry which was also good, fish didnt smell bad, it was so fresh, less oily. The owner was very kind enough, he was repeatedly asking about how it tastes, what else we want, what should be improved and all. The prices are very nominal. Heard that they will deliver around velachery with very very minimal delivery charge. Only drawback is that you have table chairs outside but still it's quite difficult to sit and eat as its a start up. Hope they will work on it and maintain their taste...

After many YT hype I finally visited Madrss fish on last Tuesday (19-04-2022) at 12:30Pm. I'm the last one to get left over meals, the person came next didn't get meals. For meals they have given fish kulambu with fish head, taste ia not that good. I asked side dish and they have only kadamba and prawn all other varieties are not there. So I ordered prawn 100g.

Meals 100 Rs. - For meals they only have kulambu and nandu rasam. Nandu rasam is worst. They have not even provided pappad or pickle. Wasted!

100g Prawn 180 Rs. - I can feel only ginger smell nothing else.

I heard they don't use food colors and Ajinomoto. While taking food I saw food color and Ajino moto in their cooking table.

Only two persons can sit and this place is not clean. They don't have proper hand wash basin. The cooking tawa is next to wash basin.

Please dont go here blindly after watching YouTube...
