We’ve been frequent visitors to this restaurant, not necessarily for the food—which is just okay—but because of the ambience. However, this time the experience was deeply disappointing. There were flies around, and the entrance door was jammed. While these issues were inconvenient, they weren’t our main concern.
The real problem was with the staff. We were a group of three, and the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived. We chose to sit at the swing table, which seats six, simply because we enjoy it. A waiter came over and asked us to move to a regular four-seater, saying the swing table was reserved for groups of 5–6 people. Respecting their request, we shifted to another table.
However, just 10 minutes later, a couple walked in and sat at the same swing table. Strangely, they were not asked to move—even though two-seater and four-seater tables were available. When we raised this inconsistency with the staff, they initially claimed the table had been reserved, but later admitted it wasn’t.
Instead of offering an explanation or an apology, the staff dismissed our concerns and bluntly said, “It’s done. Nothing can be done now. Do whatever you want.” This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
We used to come here often on our night drives with family, despite the average food, simply because we liked the location. But after this experience, we won’t be coming back, and we definitely won’t be recommending this...
Read moreThe place is good when you go for the first time, but it makes you not want to go again. The service is extremely slow, and the staff lacks knowledge about proper service. The owner is to be blamed for not training them adequately. They have no knowledge of serving. When they brought the plate, it was as if they threw it on the table, and we had to pull it closer to us. 😒
we asked for Food and fresh lime soda to drink there. The soup and rice were brought together and just kept on the table. We had to ask someone to come over and serve food on the plate. It felt like we were at a self-serving restaurant. 😤
Surprisingly, fresh lime soda took longer than the food, but they said it would take time. At the same time, we placed order for takeaway (food and fresh lime soda). They billed me immediately and I initiated the payment process, but I couldn’t complete it because the Gpay server showed an error message. 😕 I then said I would pay by card, but they said they didn’t have a machine. 😂 I asked for an ATM, and they mentioned it was nearby, but trust me, there is no ATM close by on that lane. I came back, and they gave me their personal Gpay number after some internal chatting. I paid them on that QR code, but despite that, they forgot to give me the parcel of fresh lime soda, which they had billed me for. 😡
This experience, after a hyped review on Instagram and other social media platforms, turned out to be a...

We stopped with a tomato soup.
This is the very first time into night out restaurant was fascinated by the reviews given by friends, looks so fascinating yet never satisfied the BASICS.
Went inside and asked for Hot water to drink was served so hot and asked for Tomato soul for three and post which deciding the menu, by the time the soup came it wasn’t so hot comparing the hot water served.
I told my guys to wind up as there is little respect for food to serve hot. We never utter any word there, finished soup and called a person who served us and told him that it wasn’t hot, he smiled, nothing else. We asked him to get hot water to drink and took almost 20mins to get the glass and then later the bill.
It was paid in cash denominations, even without seeing if it was paid he held us to check our Gpay receipt. We said it was in cash, he counted it and said thank you.
I have no clue from where the culture of waiting for food came and you make people to wait so long who have come to feed their hunger!
It depends on person to chit chat, eat food after it’s dried up, taking pics sending to people and there people who come for restaurant after work, with tirednesses, hectic day, running out of time and to just feed their stomach with hard earned money. Never let them starve. Check it out!!...
