Planet Bbq — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Ever since the Management changed from Poppys to #6, it has never been the same again.

I have visited this place several times and provided feedback every time. There is no improvement at all.

The barbecue experience was awful this time. The food was just flat and cold. And they gave us a grill that had no fire at all. It was not even lit. And they did not even change it.

Despite making it clear that we are a team of Vegetarians we were served Nonveg.

There is No plates or bowls kept ready at the Buffett.. And when you ask you don't get it even when you are done with your dinner.

There is no coordination between the guys waiting on the tables and the Manager

There are hardly 3 guys waiting on all the tables and the Manager is just walking around. He has no clue what's happening in the restaurant.

The overall quality of this place has dropped...

Had been here for buffet dinner and lunch. Had a great time eating really yumm spread. Few dishes were drool worthy like papdi chaat, briyani that served for lunch, sura puttu ,duck curry, welcome drink, chettinad style veg curry and few more. Menu keeps changing but we enjoyed off grill starters more than on grill starters. Dessert spread is also pretty good. I would definitely recommend to try atleast once. Chances are high that you would visit again. A star less for the reason few items needs good presentation which turned out dry while picking up especially salad range. Still main course dishes...

We went several times for dinner buffet.. everytime it was good.. unfortunately last week when we went for dinner,they served old fish and chicken. From the taste itself found, it's very old one.. next day got stomach upset also.. we are paying such a big amount but they should provide better quality food.. don't go there .. sometimes u get old food spoiling stomach also...
