Now let's talk about the food itself. Every dish I tried was a masterpiece. The flavors were vibrant, well-balanced, and expertly executed. One standout dish was the Chicken Tikka Masala, which had succulent pieces of chicken in a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce. The spices were perfectly balanced, creating a memorable taste that lingered on my palate.
Another highlight was the Thai Basil Fried Rice, a fragrant and flavorful combination of jasmine rice, fresh vegetables, and aromatic basil. The dish had just the right amount of heat and was a perfect accompaniment to the main course.
Rasikas Grand Fusion also offers an impressive selection of beverages, including creative cocktails and a well-curated wine list. I highly recommend trying their signature cocktail, the Rasikas Special, which was a delightful blend of fruity and tangy flavors.
In terms of pricing, Rasikas Grand Fusion provides excellent value for the quality of food and service offered. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable considering the overall dining experience.

Read moreOne day after our visit to Rasikas Fusion, the aroma of the incense is still on my breath.
The parking is right for 4 four wheelers, and a dozen two wheelers, but that is not a worry, the whole street is yours.
The ground and first floors, could accomodate a hundred diners, if u plan to come with your first, second and third cousins, along with their families.
The height of the table has been adjusted to the simple chairs and sofas, for a relaxed meal.
The service is prompt, without a haste, the menu, a sea of a difference to the land.
Best for a lone diner, Ideal for the couple, great for a family of six, and wonderful for a class of grownup university children.
The sea food was a wonder, crab soup, big prawns, fish fillets, phuket fish, and the tawa, the tawa was ordered for the second, in our table itself.
Since ours was a large family of student friends, the orders were a blend.
Am sure every visit would be different, if you have the heart for variety, or you could stick to your regular chicken, for its flavour, and your instinct habitual heart.
The vegetarian menu could get the non vegetarians to their side, if they were ordered by the neibouring table, the mushrooms with basil, and cauliflower gravy and rotis, and paneer balls, and oh I forgot the sweetcorn soup, with no added sugar.
The desserts were multi tracks, as I noticed the momos, creams, and more being relished.
