RedE drop zone — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I was hospitalized due to food poisoning from the chicken I ordered from this particular hotel. I had ordered Dragon chicken through Swiggy from this establishment in August 2023. Within a day of consuming the chicken, I experienced severe stomach pain and had to be admitted to the hospital. The medical professionals confirmed that my condition was a result of the chicken I consumed. Following this, I lodged a complaint with Swiggy.

Going forward, in case of any issue with your orders, we request you to kindly report immediately or within 24 hours from the time the order was delivered to you so that we can raise a dispute with the relevant team and take the right step of action to fix it.

Having said that we'll not be in a position to accommodate any monetary adjustments at this time.
