have been buying hot bread bakes and buns(1000 lights and cathedral road branch) since late 90s, so was glad when they opened up in kodambakkam few years ago.
few changes in the menu but quality has largely been the same. chicken bun is still the same great quality from 20 years ago.
loving the new additions with the sasuage rolls, cinnamon rolls, and tres leches, which they name as milk cakes. all flavours taste good but caramel is best.
sandwiches and burgers are fresh everyday and best grabbed up before lunch time. egg puffs are good too. apple pie can be a little hard if you dont reheat, and could use more apple stuffing.
love their muffins coz it is egg based and not eggless like most other places. croissants are an evergreen classic and has always been on my shopping list when buying from them. surprisingly nice new addition was the butter bun. simple, and yum - great to go with morning coffee or evening tea.
