Actually if am correct the this outlet which is in front of bharatham stores near mcc, the outlet's franchise has been replaced... it's no more tea boy for those ppl who crave for their identical taste... now it's owned by a franchise called i-tea... the flavour had lost it's magic essence I'd say, so too the change in taste aura... the milk gradient also doesn't help with the new franchise... a decent cup of tea for 10 rupees... but not the old one with brewing cardamom essence squeezing through your tatse buds when you sip a cup... happyy chaiii... also you can try the next door juice shop which is very cheap and best in terms of quality...

Very very poor and cheap customer service. There is no response from the shop more than 20 minutes after we ordered tea even there is no customer in the shop. We came to know that tea is from tea can which was prepared already and serving all. It looks, something happened purposefully.. I am totally disappointed just for tea.... will nor come...

I had tea and an egg puffs. Tea is 15rs .The taste is really good with cardomom flavour. Egg puffs was 27 rs . I think it is overpriced . But the taste was so good. Chicken...
