I re-visited the shop around 5pm + where as usual coffee was perfect but Felt like saying this Matram is losing hygiene on food service I saw a new lady was terribly coughing and wiping the floor and same person making snacks for all the customer , today's ragi vada was totally oily not even cooked, and to be honest the billing person completely rude not having a welcoming behaviour and do not have respect to elderly person , I saw that she was very harsh with them which is not so good Please consider my constructive feedback This is the first time I am facing such experience in Matram My star rating for Coffee will be 5/5 Snacks 2/5 Billing and Service 2/5 Happened -...

I am a regular customer in this coffee shop ,coffee taste was good however the service done in billing section is not looks appropriate, I came there yesterday around evening was planning for an order request, the women in billing place who collects cash was eating and giving the food to us without gloves, I adviced more than two times not to do this and looke like she isn't listening, she is eating and the same time billing with same hands and giving food in same hand I think that is not hygiene, please consider my intakes and let the people be informed on the same , apart from that all taste of coffee and...
