Tummy Tales — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I just have to vent out things that happened with your so called venture “Tummy Tales”

To be honest, An hour ago I called up the person for Reservation and He said no need to Reserve, I did say him that it’ll take an hour to reach and I’ll be there and He said It’s good to come, And so I arrived after an hour to have a good time and Three to four member who work there were seated outside the seating area and

When I entered they said, Sir there is some maintenance issue goin on and even with the Handwash and Restroom, And I don’t know whether it’ll be Comfortable for You and They started talking and Giggling within themselves, Where I was totally Pissed off.

Atleast he should’ve had the courtesy to call back the Reservations or The People who assured him to come there, Do you think is this a Joke that people come all way long after an hour of travel to have a Good food and Get Disappointed, Had no other option to return back to home.

I please do suggest You to change the Service department or have a keen look on it, So that it doesn’t affect the Restaurant and It’s Business as well

Good Food But Can Improve, Poor Service

I recently visited Tummy Tales, which primarily offers Italian cuisine along with a few unique dishes like Cloud Coffee and DIY Shawarma. The ambience is spot-on—comfortable and inviting.

While the vegetarian options are somewhat limited, the food is good and reasonably priced. However, both the quality and quantity could use some improvement.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. My order was messed up multiple times, and incorrect items were billed. The food took too long to be served and got cold immediately after being served, which is unacceptable.

This place could be ideal for small groups, but I wouldn’t recommend it for larger gatherings.

Pro Tip: Pre-book a table using Zomato Gold to get reasonable discounts on the final bill.

Edit - A quick update, visited the place again after a couple of months. The service got worse , it's very pathetic. Was served with the wrong food which was never ordered and the food we ordered almost never came until we had to confirm with them a second time. Would not...
