In addition, I noticed that the quantity of the biriyani and size of the mutton pieces seemed to be getting smaller over the years. It was a bit disappointing to see this trend. The menu also hasn't changed in the last 10 years, which made the dining experience feel a bit stale.

Kalkozhi was outstanding wheras dragon chicken was like any other Chinese dry Manchurian dish. Then we ordered one mutton thalappakatty biryani. The quantity was ok for two moderate eaters.We liked it as it was not very spicy and just the correct note of ghee and other mild spices. It came with small well cooked pieces of mutton and one boiled egg. Next we have ordered one chicken stuffed paratha and one chicken gravy dish.
