Udupi Hotel Anugraha — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Recently we went there(oct2022) for good weekend dinner.

But I had very worst attender experience.

He does not need to give respect.but instead of that he is showing as adamant angry face.

While ordering i mentioned panneer fried rice and takes some time and mentioned dosa and parota . Suddenly he got angry and told us clearly mention the order do u need fried rice or not we simply smiled and need it pls add it.. after sometime we mentioned apart from this order we need some parcel things. He rudely mentioned parcel need go and buy in queue. That also we understood the situation and smiled as ok. We received 2 order. Paroto we did not received we asked. Server mentioned as it will take time . If not comes eat chappathi. That time I can not endure my patience. I told him. If parota not available cancel the order. Do not make other order. Bcos my daughter loves parota. After few mins he mentioned parota is not available. So i got disappointed. Then after eat i waited in queue for parcel order. And came out with worst experience i never had . I decided to not go here after to not make again worst experience. Maybe that server only the issue. But i do not want to complaint on that time . Day before yesterday I went to the hotel Around 3:00 pm....asked for meals...they said no meals ..so we ordered panner fried rice, Gobi Manchurian and two vegetable biriyani ..

1. Vegetable biriyani: Worst they preheated the biriyani adding masala for the second time ..raw flavour of masala came ..
2. paneer fried rice: They cooked panner and added rice and added onions and pepper powder only ...no soy sauce, no vegetables, no flavour of fried rice....it's like pepper rice...
3. Gobi Manchurian: it's not Gobi Manchurian....better they can call Gobi masala ....worst taste ever.....they just blanched the cauliflower in boiling water and mixed with some gravy....not even the taste of Manchurian..... Worst ever experience.... don't try these items....and server was showing attitude....he wasn't even provided the tomato sauce, onion raita for our order ...we have to wait for another 10minites to recived the...

One of the best vegetarian hotels on Porur-Kundrathur stretch. Regular Madras Thali at 75 is sufficient enough, and the taste is very good. The Sambar taste really stands out. Also tried Punjabi Thali (Tomato soup, Roti, Dal fry, Veg Biriyani, Onion Raitha, Gobi Manchurian, Paneer Butter Masala, Payasam, Mini Lassi) at 140, which is also excellent. Their coffee always tastes superb. There's A/c section and non A/c section. There's a party hall in the first floor. Plenty of parking space for 15 bikes and 5 cars in the front, with a security guard. Cleanliness can be improved a little. In general, prices are moderate. Service is good. No complaints so far. Overall, highly recommended budget...
