I recently visited this restaurant on June 18th to celebrate my daughter’s 1st birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had planned a dinner with cake cutting for a group of 15 friends and relatives, and I was initially uncertain about whether they would allow cake cutting or provide a suitable space for our gathering. However, after speaking with Mr. Raju, who patiently explained everything to me over the phone, all my doubts were laid to rest.
Ambience: The restaurant’s ambiance is stunning and perfect for families, especially with kids. The design is so thoughtful and engaging that children are bound to have a blast. Every corner seems to be created with kids in mind, making it a delightful experience for them.
Food: Usually, theme-based restaurants can sometimes fall short on the quality of food, but this place truly exceeded expectations. We tried a variety of dishes, and every single one was top-notch! The chicken tandoori was perfectly cooked, the mutton was flavorful, and the chicken biryani was simply amazing. We also had prawns, and each dish was packed with flavor. It’s rare to find a restaurant with such delicious food in a themed setting.
Service: A special shoutout to Mr. Doss, who greeted us as soon as we arrived and ensured everything went smoothly. He was incredibly attentive and offered great food suggestions. Mr. Raju, too, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with the cake cutting and making sure everything went according to plan.
Also, a big thank you to Dharshini, Selva Dharsini, and Karthika. They were very patient, knowledgeable, and ensured our food was served with care. They treated us like family and made us feel so welcome.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place. The food, ambiance, and service were all exceptional. If you ever visit, be sure to ask for Mr. Doss or Mr. Raju for an even better experience. I rate this restaurant highly and suggest you all give it a try for an...
Read moreLunch al carte - No doubt on food taste. Every item was good. But service is the worst part. First of all, the restaurant had very less visitors. Hardly 10 + we were around 15.
Strict officer - First on booking confirmation over phone, the manager said, you should order items prior coming to serve with a strict tone. I didn't like the tone. After asking 'won't you serve if we come in multiple small groups', he changed and said ok.
Dish confusion - After ordering first round, too much confusion in kitchen. While serving they didn't even know the name of dish, they served some other group dish to us, many dishes didn't come at all.
Soup fun - Ordered a soup one by two, only 1 half came and the other didn't come till the end. The cook was not ready to make the other half, still wondering how the cook prepared just one half... Finally got to cancel that soup entire soup.
1 hour for Icecream scoops - only we were in restaurant when we ordered 2 chocolate icecreams, which is made of just standard scoops. 1 served in 15 mins, second was getting prepared, getting prepared for so long, despite questioning. Despite questioning multiple times, why scooping icecream is taking 1 hour, they responded with same same answer. Finally when called the kitchen, kitchen says already served. Greatest confusion, then it came in 3 mins.
The end - It took 4 hours to complete our lunch. Unfortunately I had to wait for chocolate scoop for 1 hour, as I paid the bill immediately once I order to save time. Which end in vain.
For you - Ambience is good for kids, If you are looking for a place where you need to spend long time, with tasty food and not worried about service...

Ambience - 😍 😍 enticing ambience. Every decor is perfectly matched with avatar movie. Especially the floor is covered with amazing lights. Kids will love this place for sure. Also there is a small kids play area in addition.
Food - we started with sweet corn soup and Hot and sour soup. Tasted good. And for starters we had yummy tandoori chicken and reshmi kebab ❤️🐔- wow I loved them both, especially the reshmi kebab was so tender We ordered Tiger prawns from the special menu, 😊😊 its a bit pricey but loved the grilled sea food. Finished the meal with carrot halwa ice cream and chocolate sundae. Overall the food was good and no major complaints
Service - was good. Though food is delivered a bit late, enjoy the super cool ambience
Pricing - very competitively priced for a restaurant in a star hotel
Rating - 4/5 Will definitely visit again as my kid loved this place a lot
Visited a second time again on Apr -1, 2022. ambience has changed a bit and most of the avatar dolls are removed. they have even renamed the avatar restaurant to le forest themed restaurant. Biryani tasted so bad, one of the worst i had in recent days. Also the starters were average only.
