I've ordered medu vada, idli, idli sambar, puri and tea from here. Vada was the best that I've tasted. Soft and crispy. All dishes were tasty.

But the lady at reception is very rude to customers and delivery people. I've visited this place 2 times and both times there was a heated altercation going on and this lady shouts at the top of her voice. She even charges extra if we do upi payment and not by cash citing gst and blah blah.

She even makes fun of customer's feedback infront of others. Very very rude.

I stayed in Karapakkam somedays,at the time usually every day I eat in this restaurant,the restaurant is incredibly clean but washing place needs maintenance and update, The employees were extremely humble and provided top-notch service but the billing people's are bit rude, they don't accept upi, they ask extra charge for GST.otherwise the food was cooked perfectly and it was delicious as well as healthy.
