Disappointing Experience
I recently visited and, unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by poor service from one of the staff members. As I was about to make a digital payment, the employee loudly insisted that I pay, making me feel quite embarrassed in front of other patrons.
It would have been much more professional to either provide a bill upfront or simply mention the total amount once, rather than treating me as if I were someone who wouldn’t pay. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that prides itself on food quality and having a loyal customer base.
Staff training in hospitality is crucial, and it’s clear that some employees could use a refresher on politeness and respect. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of consideration for customers who genuinely enjoy the food and want to return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving...
