Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The sales person with glasses / the cook is very rude and looks like he is trying to achieve sales targets.. had gone to the store asking fo chicken himalayan momos and he said stock is not available.. the very next minute i stood there and ordered on swiggy with the same dish and he was shocked and had no other choice than to give.. this is the 5th time with the same pattern.. he was pushing to buy things which costed 300 ruppess but was trying to deny momos which costed 100-110 rupees..

To the management of wow momos,

Is this how you treat your customers ? Try to cheat them when they visit your store or train your sales people like that..

I stood there and took the parcel from the sales person finally when he knew he has got caught.. total cheaters.. if you dont want to sell things for 100 rupess then dont have it on your menu.. why embarese the customer ?

I took the parcel of swiggy and went home and when the swiggy guy came home i paid him in cash too, so that the poor swiggy guy is not penalized because of either wow momo staff / management.. attaching photos when i took the delivery...

I visited this place for the first time, it was around 8:30pm and there were no one around us. We were looking forward to what to order and the guy over counter was speaking in the phone and asked my mobile number and name, later on he didn’t gave me time to see the menu too… he was so rude and he still continuously speaking with someone over phone. They too have their own personal things, but after taking out orders we won’t mind if he continues his talk over phone. And one more family came after me they ordered and waited for so long , it was getting late to get prepared, no proper response also and they left without even eating. First of all don’t expect authentic momos from this place, second of all they’re expensive for the quality and quantity of food they’re providing. The price is not worth the food they provide. I had peri peri paneer momo, they served around 5 pieces of momo which was served along with a sweet and sour chutney. We asked for mayonnaise to which he said we have to pay extra. The momos are already around 250 for just 5 pieces and they are charging 20 rs extra for the mayonnaise,which is just lamee. The momos were not too great, since we ordered paneer momos we expected that there would be more paneer in them. But to our surprise, it barely had any paneer in them.
