Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had the worst experience at Wow! Momo. The staff are very rude and impolite. Every time I visit, they keep saying “the server is down” or “it’s busy” seriously, every single time! I’ve been there multiple times hoping for better service, but it’s always the same excuse. (Saying the Shop is closed) Not working and all 😶

We order one thing and after 10 mins they served us another. Told us ingredients was not there. Horrible experience. The cook from the kitchen was doing all the work. No proper management. No bill was given, informed us in the last min the system is down. So, wondering why Wow Momo is keeping the branch open even after several complaints.
