Lake view hotel — Hotel in Telangana

From the front ambience and reception it may look a small property. But rooms are brand new and cleanly maintained. The balcony rooms do stand in for the name Lake view and have great view, i was lucky to see a 🌈 and a lake. Proximity to airport os just few mins. Things that can be better is room service more from staffing and provisions to in-room services though the great thing is zomota/swigy delivery is at your door step that way on-room is knocked off. I had only one trouble in the overall service and which was solved by the executive at the reception who walked me through to resolve. Balconies are dusty may be should focus on cleaning them like their rooms. Balcony people like me will get highly satisfied. Though one may miss satellite channels the TV is connected to wifi and you have access to prime netflix youtube and one more which i forgot. Hot water in the toilet is in our hands unlike a central system, if you want you have to plan ahead same way air conditioner. But all appliances are brand new. Dirty hotel in Hyderabad. General Manager/ Owner Mr. Shiva's behavior is very bad. Repeatedly entered my room without my permission. Shiva is disturbing my wife and my daughter by calling her number repeatedly. Calling and proposing. The whole hotel is full of dirt. There is not enough water supply. Where the owner of this hotel says Shiva himself, how does he offer the guest with a personal number? After entering our hotel, I realised that it is a Oyo hotel. There are customers and ladies in every room. I warn everyone to think before coming to this hotel. Our booking was for 3 days, but we were forced to cancel from day one. However, they forcibly took two days' worth of money from us. Forced us to sit for a long time. They felt very helpless. Dirty stains on every bedsheet. It is clear to see that couples come. There are used condoms all over the stairs and floor. By no means is this hotel for family men. This hotel is so dirty that I can't even think about it. Every bed sheet and pillow cover is full of dirty stains. A very bad smell everywhere. It's never clear, that's understandable. Used condoms are lying around. They have no restaurant of their own. Very good behavior while entering but I could not imagine such misbehavior while exiting. There is a lot of useless staff here. And there is no one to go back too. There is absolutely no hotel. Not value for money. Room service is completely useless here. After so many problems when we wanted to leave the hotel, they directly told me to leave the room at night. We agree to vacate the room but they say no refund.We can't tell you how difficult that night was for us. My request to everyone is don't go to this hotel by mistake. Much better than lying on the pavement. There is a Grand Hotel next to this hotel with much better service. If you want, you can visit this hotel. The hotel staffs themselves abuse each other.
