UTK - United Telugu Kitchens (Kokapet) Items ordered: *Konaseema Paneer Karivepaku *Kodi Pops *Guddu Pappucharu *Gutti Vankaya Shavukaru Kahu Pulao *Pandem Kodi Pulao Kodi Roast Konaseema Paneer Karivepaku was not good at all in taste and texture wise. They need to rework on this and they need to do taste trials. This item I am going to rate 2 star because it’s completely too much roasted which gave bitter in taste. Kodi Pops was good expected it will be crispyby the name but it was soft though it was soft but good in taste and texture. Guddu Pappucharu this was like homemade taste in personal we try our own cuisine mixing the egg or chicken in Pappucharu while eating so this was the same feel with more of ghee without spice. Good option for kids. Guttivankaya Shavukaru Kaju Pulao it was really good in taste with proper mixup in Pulao. I am not Guttivankaya fan but it really tasted good you can try this. Pandem Kodi Pulao Kodi Roast was like good and not that much good in taste you can just fill your appetite because it was like normal in taste but not bad. *The main thing in Pulao items:Guttivankaya Shavukaru Kaju Pulao and Pandem Kodi Pulao Kodi Roast was the lack of quantity because it will be a drawback though they make good taste and quality the quantity was like we generally serve in our plate with proper quantity rice and pieces but here the order quantity in total was that of the single plate quantity where we serve in our plate which was disappointing because it was not enough to one person also. They really need to take this as high priority as they charge the amount like the same standard restaurants but quantity wise was really upset. Ambience wise...

It's been months hoardings were up on the main roads creating a buzz for UTK opening. But it took months of wait and restaurant finally opened recently.

Plus points- Located in prime location of kokapet Very beautifully aestically decorated restaurant Good dinning area Valet parking is available Staff is welcoming Good veg, non veg food options Food taste, quality and quality is just okay Can be visited once Family dine in place

Things to improve- Staff response time. They look confused. Wait for food was longer More variety should be added Price point is high for the quality and portion of food. In my order they forgot to bring 1 item till billing and I had to remind staff. I don't think the taste is pure south Indian or matches Telugu style of cooking. I have tasted more authentic food in other places.
