Chopstix — Restaurant in Thane

We are regular customers of Chopstx Hari om nagar, Thane East. Yesterday when we requested for home delivery they suggested to order from there branch which near Talaopali, they shared landline of this outlet.

We ordered two dishes a follow Chicken Lollypop with Szechuan gravy Chicken Szechuan Noodles Invoice attached for confirmation

Pieces in Chicken Lollypop was not fresh and gravy was just watery, same issue as with noodles which was overcooked without any vegetables and sauces. For a second we thought we are Covid19 positive as we didn't had any taste and smell.

Tried to contact on landline number but they had made that temporary out of service..(Don't know how they do this).

Called Thane East outlet and...

I was a frequent visitor to chopsticks near Talao, until recently 28th Mar 21 I was shocked to note and inform all, that their standards have fallen. I had ordered two mixed Hakka noodles with prawns, egg n chicken mix as parcel n to my dismay noted that the prawns were rotten and spoilt the complete taste. On returning the same, the owner got irritated and angry to my amazement. Instead if acknowledging that they gave me sub standard food begun arguing. I suggest, this eatery is now only interested in profits and have shunned their quality standards to make a fast buck. Most probably making up for earlier lockdown. A total disaster place....

Holy grail of INDO-CHINESE Food💎💥

A cosy restaurant near Gadkari Hall, Talaopali serving delicious Chinese Food at nominal pricing. I'm a regular patron of this restaurant since past 5 years. My must haves includes- Crab Meat Soup, Chicken Manchow Soup, Chicken Crispy, Dragon Roll, Chicken Crispy Rice and Chicken Malaysian Pot Rice. Also you can try the Housemade Kokam Soda and Amla Soda, a speciality of this establishment. Also keep in mind you willl certainly be in a waiting line for almost 10 mins since it's such a popular eatery and majority people rush here after watching plays in Gadkari. Highly recommended place...
