Pravin Chinese Charai — Restaurant in Thane

WORST SERVICE EVER

I went to take parcel from Pravin Chinese Charai. I specifically mentioned that "I do not want Capsicum in it as I am Allergic to Capsicum (Shimla Mirchi)" and he said ok... While taking parcel I again asked him and he said that there is ko Capsicum. But when I came home there was Capsicum and could not eat it because of my allergy. I called him and he wasn't ready to send me an exchange parcel without Capsicum... Finally I told that I am going to share this experience on Google and he immediately said that he'll give me replacement and took my address. Later when he brought the exchange parcel (which they had replaced as earlier there was Capsicum in it) even the exchanged parcel had Capsicum.

This isn't the 1st time. When I had went there earlier to dine-in same thing happened.

It's clear that 'Pravin Chinese' doesn't care about people's choices/allergies. They are just money-minded people.

Pravin Chinese is worst.

There are many other good Chinese outlets in Thane and taste is also much more better.

I suggest you to try other Chinese places. Clearly Pravin Chinese doesn't care about...

Pravin Chinese: We had chilly rice . Chicken was average. Here Chilly rice meant 1/3 part consists of spicy chilli and Shimla mirch ( bell papers) which is to much in gravy Fried rice was less than average ( at 230 rs we have better fried rices) Quantity also not sufficient.

If you are chinese eater and looking a place to dine in at a low cost then read this comment till end. In thane you have various Chinese Restaurant it depends on you what you want ? I ranked chinese hotels on basis various categories

For quantity and decent quality : Go kings Chinese at kalwa naka

For Quality Chinese quantity : Welcome Chinese (nitin company) , Mercury (expensive) (Nitin company),

For No ajinomoto - Oriental Chinese ( near Dadoji stadium )

For Budget - Mintu Chinese ( Near Royal Meridian Hotel ,nitin company ), Shambu chinese ( Hariniwas circle )

I’ve been coming to Pravin Chinese for years it was once known for delicious food and friendly staff. But my recent visit on Rakshabandhan was shocking.

The Chicken Lung Fung Soup was extremely salty, the Chicken Crispy was overly sweet and mostly fried maida with barely any chicken, and the Chicken Triple Rice was bland rice with an overly salty gravy. This is nowhere near the quality they had in the past.

Even worse, the service has gone from warm and respectful to arrogant and unprofessional. One waiter not only refused to replace the bad soup initially but also behaved inappropriately constantly staring at my sister and even eyeing another female customer, which made us very uncomfortable.
