Shiva Prasad is one of the best and oldest Vegetarian Restaurants in Thane. It is situated on Ram Maruti Road very close from Thane Station. Also, Parking facility is available ✅ Talking about - The ambience its pretty good. The food quality and the time management is very good so a big thumbs up✅ If you visit this place you have to try out their Paneer Dishes in main coruse as well as in starters.

Menu recommendations- Soups. Starters especially Paneer One's , Veg Crispy. In main course being a huge Paneer lover the Paneer Tikka Masala, Paneer Makhanwala, Paneer Butter Masala are the best. In bread section Butter Naan, Butter Roti n Butter Kulcha are good options. In rice section Veg Dum Biryani , Veg pulav, Veg Biryani is good to go.

Customer service has gone for a toss. After serving paav bhaji after 1 hour there was absolutely no remorse. After 40 minutes when i went to the counter to ask why was the delay, he asked a waiter to go out and bring the order. I was informed that Shivaprasad has another kitchen outside of the restaurant and the paav bhaji comes from there. Had ordered 2 dishes in main course. What's the use if a person who has ordered paav bhaji gets the order after the others have finished eating? In fact the person at the counter did not think there was any problem at all for so much delay. Felt really bad for the degrade in the attitude. Hadnt expected this from Shivaprasad. The attitude from the hotel was like we are not wrong... you shouldn't be complaining....
